Holiday Rental Villa Description

Sunset Lakes is a gated community with two lakes which can be used for fishing or boating and it is surrounded by a Conservation Area. It is in a quiet location and also has a communal swimming pool and children’s play area. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. There are several high quality golf courses nearby and easy access can be obtained onto Interstate 4 providing links to other parts of Florida including the Gulf Coast and Daytona Beach.

The accommodation within the home comprises a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, 4 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twins), 3 bathrooms, Games Room and heated screened swimming pool. There is also a queen size sofa-bed in the living room. The home is fully equipped with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave oven, outdoor electric barbecue grill, dishwasher, cable TV to all rooms, a DVD and three VHS video players, a Playstation 2 with two controllers and games, CD player, telephone, high speed internet access, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, all bed linen and towels, cot/crib, bed rail, highchair and stroller.
