Possibility to rent whole property or sigle units in combination following the number of guests. Pool, panoramic view, private garden with a private furnished pergola and a barbecue for each unit. In the heart of an historic DOC wine Estate, near Perugia, Assisi and towns of art. Accessible to wheelchairs, pets allowed. Large organic vegetable garden available for free, welcome basket with breakfast and complimentary wine.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES: linen changed weekly, independent heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Outdoor swimming pool and solarium equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, park, private barbecue each apartment, pergola, parking, fencing.
FEATURES: calm and elegant environment for relaxing stays in nature, suitable for elderly, disabled access, pets allowed, suitable for couples and families.
The property has been renovated respecting the ancient origin, with every comfort, close to vineyards and orchards. Each apartment is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and style.

APARTMENT MELA (6/8+baby): an entrance with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer,microwave and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: a large and light living room with fireplace, with a double sofa bed; 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + a baby cot, 1 bathroom with bathtube & shower settings.
HOUSE NIDO (x2+2): a large and sunny living/dining room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with also microwave, 1 large double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. SUITABLE FOR DISABLED
