Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionThis Luxury first floor apartment, about 1 mile from the sea is set on a small, quiet block in the idyllic peaceful village of Oroklini, which is less than 20 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. It comprises two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with twin beds. Large spacious open plan area comprises:large fully equipped kitchen, the dinning area with stylish pine dinning suite for the whole family or a romantic meal for two, the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa-bed (which makes into double bed), arm-chairs and double sliding door opening onto a good sized balcony. The balcony is perfect for sunbathing and overlooks the shared swimming pool situated in a lovely walled, palm tree garden. There is outdoor furniture and sun-bed on the balcony for your comfort. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.The apartment is close to all amenities. Oroklini offers a range of shops including two remarkable 24 hour bakeries, banks, a chemist, two supermarkets, good selection of fine tavernas and restaurants. The beautiful Oroklini hill, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding villages provides the back-drop to the village. The peak is flat and host to children's play ground and a picnic seating area beside a public barbecue, also to a small chapel of the prophet Elijah. A very tranquil, chill-out, location. Enjoy the breathtaking majestic sunset views from the peak. The hill can be reached on foot or by car (5 minutes). You can also enjoy the stunning sight of pink Flamingo migrant birds that appear in the water lakes between Oroklini and the sea from November to May. Ayia Napa where you find the night life, is only 25 minutes drive away. Its fun fair, 24 hour entertainment, sandy golden beaches and water park ensures a very thrilling, unforgettable and pleasant day out for families. |
