Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionOur villa was completed in April 2003 and is situated in an ideal locationfor easy access to all the major attractions. Furnished to a very high standard it offers the comforts of home plus more! For added privacy our South facing pool and spa overlook a lake. The on site Club House, for exclusive use of guests, features Exercise room, Tennis & Volleyball Courts, Full Size Pool, Games & Media Rooms. We are sure that you will have a wonderful stay here. 2 x Master bedrooms – 1 King & 1 Queen, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower and bath. 2 x Twin bedrooms that share a further bathroom with walk in shower & bath Kitchen features cooker, microwave, 2-door fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener and all necessary utensils & cookware. Laundry area equipped with washing machine, drier, iron & ironing board. Dining area with large table to seat 8. Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware. Breakfast bar with 2 high stools. Lounge area with 32” Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Hi-fi System, Playstation 2 with games, 2 x three seater sofas & armchair Cable Televisions in all bedrooms with VCR or DVD Telephones in kitchen and Master Bedroom 1 ALL Local & International calls are FREE OF CHARGE Fully air conditioned Private South Facing Pool & Spa overlooking lake Heating available at extra cost (although not necessary for most of the year). Patio area by the pool with Table, Chairs, Parasol & Loungers Separate toilet with hand wash basin for pool area. Bed linen, towels & pool towels are all provided. Hair driers in all bathrooms. Electricity included – except for pool/spa heating which is charged extra. Our Management Company is on site for easy key collection and are available 24 hours a day in the unlikely event of a problem. We can arrange the hire of a cot, high chair, push chair (stroller) or barbecue on request. We can also assist in arranging car hire with a meet and greet service and the supply of local attraction tickets (Full details on request).
