Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionThe three bedroom penthouse apartments are large and very well furnished, with climate control systems throughout, as well as satellite television and and high-speed Internet access.They have very large terraces which catch the sun most of the day, with views of the heated swimming pools, tropical gardens and paddle tennis courts, as well as the surrounding area. There is a hot tub available at one of the apartments for a small additional charge. The accommodation includes: A large open plan lounge/dining room 3 bedrooms, one en-suite double, one with super-kingsize bed or twin beds and one twin Guest bathroom with shower Danish-designed, fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave A separate laundry area with washing machine A large sun terrace with direct access from the lounge and the main bedroom Facilities also include: Television with satellite channels, a DVD/video player and hi-fi system Ironing facilities and hairdryers High-speed wireless Internet access Situated in the heart of Spain's Costa Del Sol, less that 30 minutes drive from Málaga Airport, La Cala Hills is perfectly located to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The nearest main town is Fuengirola which is about 5 kilometres away and has a superb beach, good shops and excellent restaurants. The resort town of La Cala de Mijas is a similar distance and the white town of Mijas is also near by. Marbella and Puerto Banus are 25 - 30 kilometres away while Ronda, Gibraltar and Granada are also within easy reach for day trips. The city of Málaga itself has much to offer the visitor, including the Pablo Picasso Museum. A large number of golf courses are located nearby, including Mijas Golf, La Cala Golf, Alhaurin, Cabopino and Santana Golf, to name a few of our personal favourites. A deposit of £150 per week is required on confirmation of booking, the balance is due six weeks before your stay. |
