The apartment is located in the Port area, on a pedestrian street.
No buildings between the apartment and the sea. It has a balcony overlooking the sea and the port: stunning sea views.
It has three bedrooms: 1st: 1 double bed; 2nd 2 single beds; 3rd 1 single bed.
Kitchen fully furnished: electric hobs and oven, dishwasher & washing mashine.
The building has no pool, there is no need, just accross the street is the sea.
Sorry no pets allowed.
Long term holiday rentals (min two months)available Sep thru June at reduced rates. If interested, pls ask for quotation.
July and August rentals: minimum stay 1 week.
RATES PER FORTNIGHT:
1-15 July: 1,300 euro; 16-31 July: 1,600 euro
1-15 Aug: 1,700 euro; 16-31 Aug: 1,500 euro
SPECIAL OFFER AUGUST:
1-31 Aug: 3,000 euro.
Check-in/out dates can be negotiated.
