4 BEDROOMS, 1 twin/shared bathroom: 1 Double bed/Ensuite: 1 Double bed & single bed/Ensuite: 1 Double bed & single bed (Bunk Style)/ Shared bathroom: all adequately furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, bedlamps & rugs

3 BATHROOMS: with bath, overhead shower, toilet & washbasin. (2 Ensuite) Hairdryers Supplied.

LARGE LOUNGE: with Digital TV (Free to view channels only), DVD, Video Player, Stereo System/Radio, digital safe ( Free of charge, but used at your own risk). 2 leather settees, 1 Upholstered settee, coffee tables.A selection of films(DVD & Videos),music Cd's, books,playing cards & dominoes are available for our guests.

DINING-KITCHEN: fully fitted & equipped with full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,kettle, food processor,washing machine, iron & ironing board.

PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL: tiled terraced area, Pergola/eating area with lighting, table & chairs, garden furniture, Barbecue.

CLEANING:Linen, towels & cleaning are weekly. Extra services above this if required are payable direct to the maid.

PART AIR-CONDITIONING: (Heat & Cool) is available with a unit in lounge & two bedrooms, there is also a portable unit & fan to use elsewhere. The air-conditioning is optional in low/mid season & an electricity usage allowance of 200 units per week applies within these periods, any units burned above this allowance will be charged at 15p per unit and deducted from the security deposit. This must be pre-booked before arrival.

FOR RENTALS IN HIGH SEASON THE AIR-CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.

Casa Antiga is situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira approx 1.5kms east from Albufeira Bullring, Montechoro, Areias Sao Joao, The Strip, & 2.8 kms from Albufeira old town, both areas with a vast array of shops, bars & restaurants. Branqueira village has 2 local Portuguese bars & restaurants, local small Ali-Super supermarket & a fresh fish shop.
The beaches at Oura, St Eulalia, Balaia & Maria Luisa are approx 2.5/3kms away.
There are two 9 hole golf courses at Balaia & Pine cliffs within close proximity of the house. Balaia golf course is approx 1km from Casa Antiga, with clubhouse, golf hire facilities & a swimming pool. Pine Cliffs at Acoteias is approx a 10 minute drive away.There are another 6 top class courses at Vilamoura 20 minutes drive away. Horse Riding school with tuition at Vale Navio approx 800 mtrs away..
