(2 Ensuite) Large lounge with Digital TV (Freeview Only), DVD, Video Player, Stereo System/Radio, digital safe (Used at your own risk). 2 leather settees, 1 Upholstered settee, coffee tables. Dining-kitchen fully fitted & equipped with full oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, food processor,washing machine, iron & ironing board. Private swimming pool, tiled terraced area, Pergola/eating area with table & chairs, garden furniture, Barbecue. Linen, towels, cleaning are weekly. Casa Antiga is situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira approx 1.5kms from Montechoro, Areias Sao Joao, The Strip, & 2.8 kms from Albufeira old town, both areas with a vast array of shops, bars & restaurants. Branqueira village has 2 local Portuguese bars & restaurants, local supermarket & fish shop. The beaches at Oura, St Eulalia, Balaia & Maria Luisa are approx 2.5/3kms away. There are two 9 hole golf courses at Balaia & Pine cliffs within close proximity of the house & 6 top class courses at Vilamoura 20 minutes drive away. Horse Riding school at Vale Navio approx 800 mtrs.
