Holiday Rental Cottage DescriptionBright and spacious 425 square feet studio with an open beam vaulted ceiling in the living room with covered ski light. The studio is the size of a 2 car garage and work shop area.FULLY furnished studio ready to use with everything except your clothes and food stuffs.. Maximum 4 people, NO SMOKING, The living area has wall to wall carpet, a double bed, a futon double couch, 5 drawer dresser, Anwaa with stereo system and totes for storage. Shaped like a U on its side. The 1st leg is the kitchen entrance through sliding glass door (gas stove, sink and full refrigerator). The middle or base is the living area (wall to wall carpet). The 2nd leg is the full length closet, shelving, and bathroom (full shower, sink and toilet). The kitchen, hall and bathroom have Pergo flooring. The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, tea maker, blender, toaster, microwave, dining room table and chairs and anything you need to prepare meals. The hallway has a coset with a 4 drawer dresser inside and on the opposite wall another closet with 8 wire baskets for storage. The bathroom has a full shower; toilet and corner sink with vanity and mirror. The outside patio has a full metal table and 4 chairs, planters, and a wonderful fountain for calming sounds.
