The Master bedroom has a superking-size bed (6ft wide), en-suite bathroom with corner bath, 2 vanity sinks, large shower, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with ample wardrobe space and second wash-room. This is a modern building with a glass front, marbled stairwell, lift service, security front door with intercom and underground parking. All Bars, Restaurants and other amenities are all in close walking distance. Electrically operated exterior window shutters are installed for security and protection from the elements. There are 2 sun loungers provided for the Balcony, with cushions. Also, patio dining table and chairs for 2. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. A deposit will be required for every booking and the balance payable in euros on arrival in cash. CANCELLATION POLICY: The booking deposit is non-refundable. We only accept bookings for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year.
