Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionThis Apartment is one of the few with a prime location within Victoria 2 Complex. The Sunny terrace, equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds enjoys a South Facing location overlooking a large central swimming pool with adjoining children's pool, both of which are heated in the Winter. This Apartment has been re-tiled throughout, including the bathroom and has a bright newly fitted kitchen. The pool Bar-Restaurant , recently refurbished has a light, fresh appearance and accommodates all tastes, opening from 10am to 12pm midnight. The entire Complex enjoys a very safe and friendly atmosphere.The supermarkets and other amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The Owners have provided everything you should need to make your Holiday Experience relaxing and enjoyable. The TV views BBC1, BBC2 ITV & Channel 4 Internet Cafe on the Complex Washing Machine available on the Complex Further details outdoors: The Balcony is a good size and offers seating with table for alfresco dining. Two sun loungers are provided with cushions. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. Our Prices are per Apartment and not per person. A deposit per week will be required to secure the Apartment and the balance payable in euros on arrival in cash. Pay-Pal Available for the deposit if required just ask when booking. Credit Cards also accepted through Pay-Pal. CANCELLATION POLICY: The booking deposit is non-refundable. We only accept bookings for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year.
