Getting around is easy either by local mini bus, taxi or simply walking to take in the surroundings. The property is managed locally by a British owned company that can also assist with any day to day enquiries. Please note the accommodation is non smoking throughout. The entrance has a few steps to the front door, plus a ramp for those heavy suitcases! There is a security entry phone system to the property, internal sliding security grills and mosquito nets to all windows. The apartment is bright and spacious and has: Hall to all rooms Lounge Diner with comfortable 3 piece suite, coffee table, TV, DVD player, music centre. Dining table and chairs for 4. Patio doors to Balcony. Air conditioning unit. Aegean Escape has a private balcony plus swimming pool only for residents in the complex. The beaches, main shopping attractions and bars are all a short walk away, or you can use the local Dolmus mini bus which is a safe and easy means of getting around town, for very little money. Local facilities include a mini market for the essentials, plus bars and restaurants near by - many of which provide a FREE PICK UP SERVICE for guests or a home meal delivery service - details are in the apartment. Altinkum is 70 mins transfer from Bodrum Milas Airport or 120 mins from Izmir Airport. Transfers are available on request, payable locally. To book Aegean Escape a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable six weeks before departure. For bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival, payment in full required at time of booking. A £75 refundable deposit is also required before departure in case of breakages, this will be refunded once the apartment has been checked on your arrival back home.
