This fantastic villa is brilliantly located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful and quiet local beach in a very peaceful area with all main amenities nearby. Only 5 minutes drive away from the traditional town of Paralimni and the lively town of Protaras, here you can quickly change from a cultural site seeing tour to a relaxing time at the beach and a good night out. This sea view 2 bedroom villa where 8 people can stay allocated is fully furnished including all cutlery and pottery, has its own patio with BBQ, landscaped garden and private swimming pool. The property includes 4 singles beds and 3 double sofabeds. There is also one 3-piece bathroom on the first floor and a WC in the gound floor. Outdoors, there is an outside shower for swimming pool users, 2 sunbeds, 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 umbrella and a purpose built BBQ. Around the area you can find a wide variety of activities since water sports, scuba diving, daily boat trips along the coast, Minigolf, karting, and the fun Water Parks in Pernera and Ayia Napa. All these activities can be combined with a relaxing time on the local beach, followed by a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants or Cypriot Taverns located in the area. |
