Holiday Rental Penthouse DescriptionThe resort is only 25 minutes drive from Paphos airport, 10 minutes from Paphos and 15 minutes from Coral Bay with it's teeming streets of shops, bars and retaurants. St Nicolas offers a quiet relaxation around it's sun drenched pool, with the excitement of a visit to Paphos with it's mixture of classical, historical sites, fine dining, bars and nightlife.The Andulucian style resort with it's elevated position overlooking the clear blue Mediterranean Sea, boasts heated indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, gymnasium, private cinema, minimarket and snackbar. The apartment enjoys the benefit of air conditioning with elevator service to all floors and a ground floor covered parking space. The property has 2 generous balconies - one from the lounge and the other from the main bedroom. These are ideal for alfresco dining or simply watching the sun go down over a refreshing glass of wine. The is also a private garden roof terrace with spectacular views. The property has 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin room. There is a 3 seater sofa bed in the lounge for the 5th and 6th persons. There is a family bathroom on the top floor and a shower room on the bottom floor. The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwaher, washing machine and iron. The air conditioning doubles as a heating system in the winter. The apartment is equiped with house linen, bathroom and pool towels, hairdryer, internet access, dining facilites for 6 people with the provision of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils, terrestrial TV, and a DVD player. There are 4 pools for the adults and a children's pool. The pools are of varying depth and have ornamental features. |
