Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionLOCATIONThe apartment is one of 32 Studio Apartment Condos. Sited Exclusively on 1st Floor. of the Sunshine Village Resort Multiuse Complex in the heart of Negril on the West End road in the county of Westmorland, Jamaica. The complex is at the heart of the 14 mile coastline of Negril half of which is on the Cliffs and the other half on the Beach. It is only a 5 minute walk to the start of the seven miles of white sand beach with the world famous Ricks Cafe just up the cliff road. Negril is approx 90 mins from Montego Bay Airport. Our driver is bookable to meet you at the airport and take you to the apartment at the local price of US$70 one way. A variety of private tours is also offered for your pleasure please ask for the no obligation prices and particulars. THE APARTMENT You have the convenience of bank, supermarket, duty free shops, craft outlets, internet shop, pharmacy, beauty shop, taxi rank etc. Yet to go upstairs thru the security gate is to enter a landscaped tranquil area complete with pool, Jacuzzi and private patio. Approximately 500 square feet in size the apartment is shingle roofed, with high exposed ceilings accommodating a sleeping loft, full bath, kitchen, clothes closets, furnished, with cable TV, and air conditioned. Just pull open the sliding doors to get to the private patio. The apartment is equipped with 2 single beds in the loft bedroom and 2 single beds in the downstairs room easily rolled together for double use.Ironing board, iron, bed linens and towels are provided. The complex has maintenance and security staff available at all times. I have my own apartment manager who will be available to answer or help with any requirements you may have. |
