Windows on three sides make it light and airy. Features Include: Ground floor (USA 'first' floor) location with no stairs to climb. Full size living room with large television with over 30 cable channels, DVD, stereo radio/CD player. Open plan dining area with table/chairs to seat 6 in comfort. Fully fitted open plan kitchen with full size hob/oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dish washer and coffee maker. 2 full size bedrooms with king bed in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, double queen size sleeper sofabed in the lounge. 2 full bathrooms - one en-suite to master bedroom with large corner bath, seperate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. 2nd bathroom with bathtub and shower head over, basin and WC Fully equipped laundry room - washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Air-conditioning throughout 3 TV'S, DVD, stereo High chair and crib. In-room hair dryer. wireless internet access at clubhouse. Private screened patio with furniture, looking out onto a lovely green area and pool and hot tub just 2 minutes stroll. Parking directly outside the apartment. |
