Chenerailles, Creuse (100 km east of Limoges, France), a semi-detached 19th century village house available this summer for 1 to 2 week-rental period. Close to local village shops (banks, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, boulangeries, 2 restaurants, local cafes etc) and amenities.• External features: Spacious private garden, outdoor table and chairs (seating 10). • Accommodation features: 5 bedroom(s), (3 doubles, 1 twin and 1 single) sleeping 9. Living room, dining room, self-catering kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Blankets and towels provided. Central heating. Off-road parking spaces/garage. 1 main bathroom (bath), 1 separate WC, 1 bedroom has en suite mini washroom. • Suitability: Pets considered, Suitable for children. • Activities: woods, walks, swimming lake, outdoor tennis court, mini-golf, fishing ponds, medieval castle within 1 mile of the house. 18-hole golf course (10 km), bridge club (20 km). • Rental charges (inclusive of all bills): EUR 550 (1 week), EUR 1,000 (2 weeks) - June and September EUR 650 (1 week), EUR 1,200 (2 weeks) - July and August EUR 500 deposit required upfront. |
