Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionThe location of Casa Marina can best be described as "campo on the coast". It is situated in the grounds of our family home,and is tucked away at the end of a lane giving you a wonderfully private location for your holiday.Casa Marina is on a hillside on the edge of a small fishing village and is only half a kilometer from the sea. While all the amenities of the coast are nearby, Casa Marina gives you a lovely retreat in which to relax away from the crowds. Being only minutes from the motorway and with good road links, this is the ideal base for anyone wishing to explore this wonderful area. The apartment has a small lounge with a sofa bed that is ideal for two children or an adult. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player as well as a selection of books, games and DVD's for your enjoyment. The kitchen/diner is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave and health grill. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage. The en suite bathroom has a white suite and a shower over the bath. All of the rooms have the fabulous sea view. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and further fridge/freezer. The secure drive is shared with the owners. From the drive the apartment has it's own separate entrance reached by steps leading down from the drive. There is a large private terrace equipped with sunbeds, dining furniture, reclining chairs and of course a BBQ. Located on an upper terrace is an 8x10metre swimming pool which is shared with the owners. We have a very friendly dog at the propery. She is kept in at night and only barks when strangers come to the gate. You do need to guard your sausages on the BBQ though! While we are on hand to help with any queries you may have or to share a glass of wine, we do respect the privacy of our guests. Please note that this is a non smoking apartment although you are welcome to smoke on the terrace. As the pool is unsecured and the garden terraced the apartment may not be suitable for very young children. We look forward to welcoming you to Casa Marina. |
