Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionLOCATION -LOCATION -LOCATION -this is the key to any holiday (and this apartment is perfectly placed) 200 metres from the sea (and beautiful block paved walkway for romantic walks),and just behind the famous "Cabo Roig Strip" - 40 or more of the best and most luxurious bars and restaurants you'll ever find on holiday (suitable for ALL AGES, but also very quiet as its over another road,so near the nightlife but also you won't hear it when you go to bed).This Luxury apartment is just a 10 minute drive from Torrevieja in the lovely area of Cabo Roig. This is truly a Luxury apartment with thought gone into every detail a real home from home. Situated 200 mtrs from the sea and surrounded by 30 + quality bars and restaurants. With entertainment at every bar throughout the year - when many even in tourist areas close down, lovely for families. Famous for its excellent beaches and sun drenched fairways the Costa Blanca is fast becoming one of the most popular places to play in Spain. Traditionally the main golf area has been around Villamartin but with the new courses opening in the Alicante area there really a superb choice of courses, all of which are maintained to the very highest standard. Flights are available with scheduled, charter and low cost airlines running frequent flights to Alicante from most UK airports. With dozens of bars and restaurants a few mins walk of the apartment (all family friendly). This apartment has everything to make your holiday special - I regularly get people returning year after year - with people saying "A real holiday find". People haven't heard of this area - Cabo Roig - as its an expat community - English people have 2nd homes here, or are retired here. So that means it's an excellent choice for the family, with a mix of people from every age group & no lager louts to spoil your holiday I have holidayed all over Europe - Spain, Greece, Portugal, Tenerife, Lanzarote & Gran Canaria, Eastern Europe, USA & Kenya, but decided to buy my holiday home here. Its 2 1/4 hours fly from England, & within a short 30 min drive from the airport you can be sat on the beach or at a lovely bar enjoying the Spanish sun. 2 airports service this part of Spain (Costa Blanca), Alicante (40 mins) & Murcia (20 mins) airport. Pick-ups can be provided by my lovely English management company from either airport (Murcia 25€, and Alicante 45€ per car of four people per journey). The Luxury apartment has all the normal comforts of home i.e cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge + freezer etc plus air con (small charge for use), free Sky TV (Sky sports, Movies, News, ITV, BBC & many more) iron/board, toaster, DVD player, CD player (with a mixture of cds for your enjoyment), free safe (for cherished belongings). The luxury apartment sleeps upto 6 people - 4 adults and 2 children only, (for 4 adults and 2 children an extra charge of £50 will be paid on the normal charges below), with 1 double bed in the main bedroom, bedroom 2 has two single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. There are 4 championship golf courses nearby (a real golf heaven). The weather in Spain in always nice(16 - 17 degrees even in winter -nice enough to eat your xmas dinner outside),please look at the weather chart for average tempretures throughout the year. The luxury apartment is 5 mins walk from some of the best beaches in Spain excellent lounge with free sky tv (sports,films,news,bbc 1,itv 3e.t.c) lovely beaches within 5 mins walking distance. |
