Holiday Rental Cottage Description
Chapel Cottage is set in an area of outstanding beauty over looking the River Tamar - North Cornwall.
The cottage has recently been renovated and the current owners have tried to maintain and enhance the orignal features such as vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, Cornish slate embedded with local crystal and of course the original chapel door still stands majestically in place.
Inside you will find a large farmhouse kitchen/diner with integrated appliances and range cooker, the open plan lounge is cosy with log burning stove and the upstairs you will find two well furnished bedrooms.
The property will sleep 4-5 people. The cottage also has a full home entertainment system with an array of DVD's, Video's and CD's as well as a well stocked library of up to date books and information on the area.
Outside you will find a number of seating areas, ponds and the serenity deck which over looks the river, a great place for a barbeque. The cottage is easily accessed from the M5 and A30 and is 3 miles from Launceston and 9 miles from Tavistock, we are ideally located for walkers, nature lovers and of course we are just a 30 minute drive from the North Cornwall Coast, where you can sample the delights of Padstow and Rick Steins famous fish & chips, mystical Tintagel the seat of King Arthur or if you love to surf the rugged coast of Bude is just a little further down the coast. Also there is a resident beauty therapist on site to pamper you with a variety of treatments. Can also cater for small wedding parties. A luxury welcome basket will also be included in the price, all linen, electric/gas, toiletries and household products. Pets are welcome.
