Holiday Rental Townhouse DescriptionCeriana is situated in the Ligurian hills above the town of San Remo with links to the adjacent French and Italian rivieras.Good access by road and rail also flights to Nice or Genoa with either road or rail connections. You will be met in Ceriana and taken to the house and shown the layout,bed linen and towels are included, a basic food pack can be provided. The village is self supporting with all the neccessary services required including shops,bars etc.including 2 small restaurants. There is a bus service from San Remo which terminates at the next village of Baiardo which is also worth a visit it pays to get a weekly bus pass at 12.50 euros for all regional transport. The house is 3 stories with ground floor just for use as a Cantina (cellar) and storage. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and storage facilities. The second bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed with storage facilities in the adjoining hallway. On the top floor there is a good sized kitchen with sink,gas cooker,fridge and microwave also a dining table and chairs there is also an open fire place. On this floor you will find the living room which has additional table and chairs for dining and a large setee which one could find room for a small oersons bed,this room opens up via a set of patio doors onto the terrace with lovely views down the valley,there are chairs for use on the terrace. There is a bunk bed and a sofa for 2 additional people,there is no additional charge for this facility. We can also arrange alternative accomodation via our local contact in Ceriana. |
