Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionThe villa is only 15 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort. The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 25 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being only 15 minutes. The village of Antas is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks and a chemist. The accommodation comprises of: Porch and entrance hall with large marbled staircase leading to Master bedroom (upstairs) with double bed, wardrobes, dressing table, air-conditioning and double sofa bed. Doors out onto a good size balcony with sun loungers and superb country views. Bathroom with “his & hers” vanity sink unit, bath with shower, bidet and wc. Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with double beds, wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 (ground floor) with bunk beds and single bed, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, TV/DVD player and Nintendo 64 games console with games, making this an ideal children’s room. Bedroom 5 (ground floor) with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Downstairs Shower Room with shower cubicle, wc and basin. Dining Room with dining table and seating for 8 and air-conditioning Good size, fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven and hob, corner sink and granite work surfaces. Large Lounge with 3 sofas, marble fireplace with gas fire, TV with Sky satellite package, DVD and video, air-conditioning. Doors leading out onto large patio terrace. Exterior Large private courtyard terrace with patio tables and chairs,patio heater and umbrellas, outside kitchen with gas BBQ and fridges, jacuzzi with built-in music system. Steps down to large pool terrace – 12m x 6m private swimming pool with roman end. Sun loungers and free-standing hammocks.
