Holiday Rental Penthouse DescriptionThe views from the property are spectacular and look over the entire Los Arqueros golf valley to the coast the distance. There is a large communal swimming pool in the complex with plenty of sun beds in summer.The apartment has air-Conditioning,large kitchen, SKY TV, Hi-fi and underground parking for 2 cars. There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 12. A large lounge with leather sofas and a decent size, south facing terrace with 8 seater dining table to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The Los Arqueros clubhouse is only 5 mins down the hill and there you can dine in the restaurant, use the gym, play tennis or book the football pitch. Apart from the swimming pools, tennis and football on Los Arqueros there are lots of activities for children nearby.Only 10 mins away in nearby San Pedro is the Cable-Ski lake where children and adults can learn to water-ski and body board. San Pedro also has an activity park with climbing walls and other supervised features. Within 15 mins drive you will find the award winning Selwo Safari park. Nightlife The yachting Marina Puerto Banus is only 10mins away where you will find plenty of trandy shops, sea front cafes and restaurants to eat in as well as plenty of nightlife for all ages. There are plenty of local taxis available and numbers for both Marbella, benhavis and private, english speaking taxis are provided in the apartment. Marbella center is also only 10 mins away as there is a direct link to the toll road just outside the urbanization.In Marbella you can visit the historic old town, walk along the beach promenade or shop in the local boutiques. This is a fabulous apartment is a very nice part of Marbella, Im sure you will have a great holiday. |
