Holiday Rental Villa Description
The villa is immersed in the green of the Sabina hills and it is surronded by a garden with swimming pool, a nice garden, olive groves and fruit trees. So you can enjoy your staying here, relaxing in the sun or you can visit Rome or other places of interest, yet avoiding the chaos of the traffic, coming back and enjoying your glass of wine or beer in the tranquillity of the terrace with a stunning view. The villa is well furnished and near the town where you can find everithing you may need: bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, weekly markets, etc.. Rome is reacheble by a metropolitan train from the railway station, which is 7 Km far from the town, but there are shuttles from and to the station. It is very easy to reach the villa: from Leonardo da Vinci airport there is a metropolitan train to the station (and then the shuttle) or if you come by car, exit at Ponzano Romano/Soratte which is on the A1 Milan-Rome motorway and following the signs you can reach the town in 20 minutes. The villa is on two floors, the rooms are large, airy and full of light. There is a dining room where 12 people can confortably eat, there is a living room with real fire and a kitchinette downstairs, while upstairs there is a living-room/kitchen upstairs. The bathrooms are large, with a shower, one has got two sinks. |
