Holiday Rental Condo DescriptionThis is a no smoking newly decorated (2008) second floor Condo. The Floridian Room and Bedroom have a perfect view of the Siesta Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We are only fifty steps from the white cool powdery sand that has been selected as the number one beach in the USA. The sunset from the Floridian Room and on the beach is a beautiful way to end each day. You do not need a car; public transportation on and off the Island to the city of Sarasota, the airport, shopping malls, museums, and entertainment is available. Our complex is also within walking distance to the fun village of pubs with music, restaurants, boutiques, post office, gas, drugstore, grocery store, etc. You would not be disappointed with our complex, condo, or location. Our comfortable furniture includes two swivel rockers, couch, 42" plasma wall TV, DVD, and VCR. The dining room and Floridian rooms have round glass top tables with swivel cushioned chairs on rollers. A brand new bedroom set with a king-size bed. The Kitchen is fully furnished including a micro and dish washer. All linens furnished including beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Just pack your bags and come for R & R. |
