Holiday Rental Townhouse Description

Our home is part of a small gated community (controlled access) and is furnished to a high standard. There are 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 2 single beds). The house has air con, satellite TV, CD and DVD player, sun patio (downstairs) and large balcony from the master bedroom. The very private community pool and garden is across from the house. With bathrooms upstairs and downstairs guests can choose whether to have a bath or shower. The well equipped kitchen is very 'home from home' containing washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. Towels and bedding are provided for use within the house. A cot is available for younger guests.

Dates already booked are highlighted. The first and last highlighted dates are changeover days, so can still be booked

Bookings can be secured with a £50 deposit, the full balance being due 10 weeks prior to departure.

A cleaning charge of 40-50 euros per stay is payable locally.

We have endeavoured to make our home in Spain appealing to both families seeking a relaxing holiday, or to golfers who want a base for the terrific golf available on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.

Our house is only 40 mins from Alicante airport and 20 mins from Murcia airport by car.
Although a car is recommended, for those who prefer not to drive, airport transfers can be arranged.

Villamartin Plaza is close by, offering an extensive range of bars and restaurants catering for all. There is also a fully stocked supermarket for your convenience.

Close to Villamartin are numerous beaches with magnificent views over the sparkling blue Mediterranean and the “white sand” that is typical of the Costa Blanca. The beaches along the coastline close to Villamartin are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. All of these beaches and all the other major beaches along this part of the Mediterranean coastline are consistently awarded the European Blue Flag which is your guarantee of high standards and facilities for the whole family. A 10 minute drive takes you to the beautiful Guardamar Beaches Stretching For 14km Of The Southern Costa Blanca
Alternatively, drive south for 20 mins and bathe in the therapeutic Mar Menor.

Villamartin is ideally placed to cater for family holidays and also golfers, having easy access not only to the course at Villamartin, but also to Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Further afield, La Marquesa and La Finca courses are only approximately 10-15 minutes away, and the famous course at La Manga is approximately a 30 minute drive South. The golden sandy beach at La Zenia is only a 5 minute drive.
Although people come to the Southern Costa Blanca for the beach and the golf, it is a great area to explore, including the lively town of Torrevieja, and also the surrounding countryside. The very Spanish town of San Miguel is only a short drive away, alternatively pop down to the Naval port of Cartagena, or go North to Alicante, Benidorm or the quaint mountain village of Guar de l'est. If you want to go further a field try nipping up into the mountains behind Crevillente where they speak practically no English - It's all very Spanish and well worth making the trip.

The exceptional climate allows outdoor activities all year round such as golf, cycling, bowls and tennis along with most water sports and rock climbing, which is very popular in this area.

The wonderful winter climate with lowest average temperature of 15c, together with 320 days of sunshine each year, combined with the famous Mediterranean diet of fresh meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and wine go towards making it one of the healthiest places in Europe.
