Situated in the popular village of Oroklini,a spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment with its own front gate, large patio (barbeque provided) and enclosed garden area.
There is a walled in swimming pool with shower and toilets which has steps for easy access and is shared by only a few apartments.
The living space is large and has a fully fitted kitchen area and seating for dining. The lounge space has Tv( English) Dvd, coffee table etc and storage space. There is ample seating and a comfortable double bed setee.
The bedroom is large with fitted wardrobes and a double bed. (There is an extra folding bed- and a cot is available on request.)The bathroom has both shower and bath.
The apartment is idealy situated for the main village street which has Tavernas, bars, shops, banks and a medical centre. ( A new small shopping plaza is due to open soon only a few minutes walk away)
The beach is only a few minutes drive away, and both the tourist area and town centre of Larnaca are close by.
Leisure facilities such as walking, horse riding and diving are on the dorstep, and a number of golf courses can easily be reached.
