Holiday Rental Apartment Description
THE APARTMENT provides everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker(inc. hob), large fridge/freezer,microwave,toaster etc. The Bedroom features plenty of storage space inc. a large fitted double wardrobe. The lounge area has a sofabed and 2 armchairs with a sat tv & dvd/cd player. The ample balcony is the perfect place for breakfast in the sun(with privacy as there are no buildings within 100 metres)
The apartment is serviced weekly(i.e. a complete clean and linen/towels changed)
THE COMPLEX. Dolphin Residence was opened in 2005. Its maintained to the highest standards & features a large outdoor pool,sun terrace, childrens pool and play area(with swings,slides etc.)jacuzzi, indoor pool and gym. It also has some really pretty ornamental gardens.
ALTINKUM is in the southwest of Turkey,about 70 km n/e of Bodrum airport or 100 km south of Izmir airport. Its name means"Golden Sands" because of its beautiful beaches(there are 3 of them!)
The main beach and promenade is about 600 metres from the apmt.Much of the nite life is centred around here with dozens of restaraunts and bars ,many of which provide free entertainment.(the nearest beach to the apmt is just 350 metres away).
For those who like a bit of culture the impressive ruins of the Apollo Temple (one of the largest built anywhere!)are just a 10 minute Dolmus ride away.
THE AREA Just 90 minutes away is Ephesus,one of the major historical sites in the world. A day trip there with a guided tour is a must see(the tour prices in this part of the world are a bargain)Pammukale's petrified falls are also well worth a visit(the scenery on route is quite stunning too)
A new ferry terminal is opening in early 2008(its about a 500 metre walk from the apmt)From there you can take a day trip to one of the nearby greek islands,like Patmos & there's also a fast cat to whisk you away to Kos.
