Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionOur lovely private pool home is situated in one of south Englewood’s most sought after boating communities, set back in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac across from a pretty lake. The very private caged pool and deck area overlook a secluded private garden [not overlooked] and gets the sun nearly all day long!Providng you with a well appointed kitchen and dining area with all of your modern conveniences for family cooking or entertaining. A range oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, utensils etc. The stylish & comfortable living area is well laid-out and features leather sofas, entertainment centre with large TV, DVD, satellite/dish TV system for family entertainment. There are also games and books for adults and children. Our home is fully carpeted [except kitchen and Bath] and is very child friendly. Features include: -‘Sumptuous’ master bedroom with pillow top bed, en-suite bathroom, sliding doors to pool area, walk in closet/wardrobe, flat screen HD TV & DVD with satellite - Second ‘queen’ guest bedroom with built in wardrobe, TV and DVD player - Triple bedroom with bunk bed and further single ‘twin’ bed [ideal children] with built in wardrobe, TV, games station - 2 bathrooms - Well equipped modern kitchen - Off road parking for 2 cars - 8ft professional pool table - Washer, dryer, iron, drying area etc - Private in ground solar heated pool with electric heat if required [removable baby barrier/fence] - All linens/bath towels/beach towels - High chair and travel cot/crib available - Air conditioning [goes without saying; this is the Sunshine State!] - Soft lighting - High quality furnishings - Fishing rods/reels |
