Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionAvailability, Prices and Booking - CLICK HERE ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT SET IN MATURE GARDENS WITH A COMMUNAL POOL Alis Apartment Ayia Napa is a tastefully furnished, well equipped and fully air conditioned / heated one bedroom ground floor apartment offering luxurious accommodation for up to 4 people, with a large communal swimming pool. The apartment is situated in the resort of Ayia Napa on Cyprus's Eastern Coast in what has been described as “Ayia Napa’s Premier Privately Owned Complex”. The complex consists of eight blocks each containing four apartments spread over an area of 10,500 square metres (approx 2.6 acres) of well kept mature communal gardens. The magnificent communal pool and communal gardens can be viewed from the apartment. A pool bar and Cafeteria are also available on site offering excellent food at reasonable prices. The Cafeteria is open 12 months of the year and from its elevated position you can enjoy the view of the lush tropical gardens, mature landscaped gardens and communal pool area. Whether it is for that special occasion or relaxed evening meal, Panayiotis (Peter) and his team will make it an occasion to remember. The pool bar is open daily during the high season. The complex’s most outstanding features are the tropical gardens incorporating fish ponds and aviaries, a great area to sit and relax in the late evening and enjoy the tranquillity of the subtle lighting effects and the “babbling” of running water. The distance from Larnaca Airport is 60km of which 56kms are travelled on motorway / dual carriageway, therefore, time taken is approx 35 minutes. The nearest beach is approx 10 minutes walk from the apartment, with the beautiful Nissi Beach, reckoned to be one of the best in the Mediterranean, less than 5 minutes bus or taxi ride away. At Nissi Beach you can enjoy a good selection of water sports. Water World is also in close proximity to Nissi Beach. With 18 different rides and slides, go-carts and a choice of restaurants, Water World offers a full days entertainment for all the family. A vast array of restaurants, bars and clubs, which cater to everyone's taste are within easy walking distance from the apartment, in fact, the pedestrian 'strip' area which leads into Ayia Napa Square, famous for the electric atmosphere around the bars and clubs, is approx 100 metres from the complex. The apartment is ideally situated for a lively holiday, however, for those who want to do no more than relax the days away around the communal pool or on a sun drenched beach, then this is the place for you. The apartment is ideal for all ages and is far enough away from the bars / clubs for you to have a peaceful night's sleep. In keeping with the high standards (and to maintain the standards) of this complex regular security patrols are in effect. THE APARTMENT The apartment covers an area of 47 sq metres (approx 500 sq feet) with a patio area overlooking the communal gardens. INTERIOR The interior comprises an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area, a bathroom and one bedroom, all of which have been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge and the dining area have adequate seating for 4 people. For your entertainment a satellite television, with English speaking channels and an XBox (together with a selection of games) are provided. DVD’s can also be played on the XBox. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, teapot, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also installed. Adequate cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils are provided. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a dressing table and has a built in wardrobe. There is, however, a sofa bed located within the lounge area which will comfortably sleep an additional two people. A travel cot and mattress are available if required, however, please bring your own sheets etc. Please advise if required at the time of booking The bathroom is fitted with shower, wash basin, and UK style toilet. For your comfort all living / sleeping areas have air conditioning (cooling and heating) and double glazed windows. Tiled floors and neutral walls throughout the apartment provide an attractive and cool environment. Towels and bed linen are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels. A mid let clean and change of bed linen, if required, can be arranged with our agents during your stay. Details and costs (payable in local currency to our agents) for this service can be found in the apartment. Although the island is virtually crime free for your added security the apartment is equipped with a digital safety deposit box. EXTERIOR The apartment has a patio area furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. Sit back and enjoy the views through the mature gardens down to the large communal pool or take a swim in the pool which is approx 30 metres from the apartment. The pool is suitable for swimmers and non swimmers alike. An off road parking space is available should you decide to hire a car or scooter. We respectfully request you do not smoke inside the apartment. GENERAL INFORMATION AND DIRECTIONS Detailed directions and a map will be e-mailed to you on completion of booking. CONTACT While in Cyprus, our agents, Neil, Tina and Kim, who are originally from the U.K. but now run a Cypriot based Property Management Company, will be your point of contact. Contact details will be e-mailed to you on completion of booking and are also found in our information pack in the apartment. DEPARTURE TIME We request you vacate the apartment on the day of departure by 10am, however, provided there are no “back to back” bookings we will be flexible regarding this time. It is unlikely we will be able to give you a definite answer at the time of booking but please advise us when booking should a later departure time be required. To avoid any confusion confirmation will be forward to you by email (with a copy to our Property Management Company) prior to the commencement of your holiday. Should we not be able to facilitate a later departure time it will still be possible to carry on enjoying your holiday until the last minute by using the changing room, shower and toilets adjacent to the swimming pool. CAR HIRE Car hire is not necessary, however there are many beautiful beaches, traditional inland Cypriot villages and historic sites within a short driving distance. Should you decide to hire a car there are many car hire companies at Larnaca Airport and in the Ayia Napa area. Car hire can be booked in advance via the internet, however, should you decide to hire a car or scooter during your stay in Cyprus our agents will be pleased to help. Please note that car hire in Cyprus is not available to anyone under 21 years of age. Scooters (and now Quads seem to be the "in" thing) are a popular mode of transport in Ayia Napa. They can be hired from numerous shops within easy walking distance of the apartment. REMEMBER TO TAKE YOUR DRIVING LICENCE. AIRPORT TRANSFERS As part of our service and to make your holiday as hassle free as possible we can make arrangements with our agents to pick you up from (and return you to) the airport. The cost of transfers are approx €44 each way, based on a maximum of 4 people (payable at the time). Please advise us at time of booking if you require this service. We will then forward your flight details to our agents who will contact you direct. Please note that it is your responsibility to advise our agents of any changes to flight times etc. SUPERMARKETS & SHOPS There are plenty of shops and supermarkets within close proximity to the apartment. Ayia Napa can easily accommodate the shopping needs of just about everyone in every capacity. RESTAURANTS & CAFES Restaurants and cafes start within a minutes walk of the apartment. Throughout Ayia Napa there are many colourful charming tavernas offering traditional island dishes as well as restaurants specialising in French, Italian, Mexican, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. To keep the kids happy, you have McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. A visit to some of the inland village tavernas would also be recommended. DVD AND GAMES RENTAL A XBox is provided for your entertainment. There is a limited selection of games and DVD's available for your use, however, you should also consider bringing some of your own. There are also a number of hire shops in the surrounding area, details of which can be found in our information pack in the apartment.
