Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Why not invite some friends along to share the costs, the villa is big enough for two large families. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double each with en-suite facilities and 2 twin rooms with a shared bathroom. With a sofa bed in the living room the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Management company on call 24/7. STOP PRESS The Garage has been converted into a games room with Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Basketball game and darts. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.
