Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionOur home is fully air-conditioned and is luxury furnished to the floridian style, there are 4 bedrooms all with walk-in wardrobes, three have ceiling fans and cable TV.The living area is comfortable and spacious with seating for 8 people , an entertianment unit with a large TV with cable tv over (200 chanels)also a Hi-Fi system and DVD Player, and free wireless Internet. The dining area has a large glass table with matching seating for six people with over head lighting. In our kitchen we have a nook for breakfast and seating for four people, there is a large fridge freezer , dishwasher, micro wave , main oven,kettle and toaster,food blenders and a coffee maker, all essential cutlery and crockery are supplied. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use at no extra cost . Our master bedroom hosts a queen size bed with matching furnishings with the added luxury of cable TV and a telephone, in the en-suite we have a large corner bath , matching hand basins and a walk-in shower, also a large walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a luxury double bed with matching luxury furnishings a walk-in wardrobe and cable TV with dvd player. In the third bedroom we have twin single beds with luxury furnishings and walk-in wardrobe. Our fourth bedroom hosts a Bunk bed for three people ideal for the children, with its own TV a walk-in wardrobe and luxury furnishings, we also have for you to use a full size cot/crib a high chair and stroller at no extra cost In the garage we have changed this to a games room , where we have a Air-hockey table , American Pool and football tables . At the rear aspect of our home we have our very large private heated screened pool with Hot-Tub/Spa and an aray of sun loungers and tables and chairs for your relaxation . ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA ARE ALARMED FOR YOUR SAFTY AND COMFORT. Near to our home we have the free community Swimming pool and Tennis courts , rackets are provided in the villa |
