Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionLocated on the first floor with views from the balcony over the pool, this fully air-conditioned apartment can sleep up to 4 people.The lounge has a double sofa bed, TV, Cd player and access to the balcony. A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the fully fitted kitchen, which is equipped with microwave, hob, fridge, etc. The bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed and has fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. There is also access to the balcony from the bedroom. The bathroom has an over the bath shower. Towels and bedding are provided. The large communal pool is beautifully laid out and safe with maximum depth of 4'6". There is also a children's pool, children's play area & tennis courts. There is also a coin-operated laundry on site. Plenty of car parking is available. At the main entrance there is a bar which serves food all day long. This is a family friendly resort in the village of Kapparis on the edge of Protaras with plenty of activities available. Water sports are available nearby and there are several beaches within 5 minutes walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within 5 - 10 minute walk of the complex and 2 supermarkets are located within a few hundred yards. The main resort of Protaras is a short taxi drive away and has plenty of bars, restaurants & shops. Agia Napa is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The nearest airport is Larnaca which is a 45 minute drive. Transfers from the airport can be arranged for a reasonable price. Day trips are available locally to other parts of the island including Paphos, Troodos Mountains, Nicosia. Trips to Egypt can also be arranged locally. Special Summer Offer - 2 weeks for the price of 1 throughout July & August!!
