Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionThe villa is located in one of the most picturesque villages of cyprus in Parakleishia. If you require a peaceful relaxing holiday then this is the place. The beach and some of the best hotels in Cyprus are only a 4 minute drive away and the hustle and bustle of limassol only a 6 minute drive from villa.Parakleishia has a traditional tavern, cafeteria and takeaway restaurants. The village has one of the oldest churches in Cyprus, a must to visit, a ten minute drive will take you to the traditional mountain village of kellaki another place of interest is the Monastry of Glossa where traditional sweets are made by the nuns. The location of the villa is 30-45minutes from Larnaca airport, Paphos airport 40 minutes and Nicosia is 45 minutes. The property stands on a large elevated plot with surrounding gardens and private swimming pool. There are 3 sitting areas. As you enter the villa you are greeted by a galleried staircase and tall ceilings with a traditional wooden finish. The lounge is dominated by a large handmade fireplace and the dining area has seats for 6 people. There is a TV and DVD player. The ground floor has a double bedroom with its own en suite shower and basin. There is also a downstairs toilet in the common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine,cooker and hob and a table with chairs. The first floor landing has a further two bedrooms on double room and one twin and there is a small office on the landing and a bathroom/shower toilet and basin.
