This brand new town house is fitted out to a high spec. It has 3 bedrooms,1 bathroom & 1 ensuite with baths and showersto all.The villa has air con throughout & heating aswell as a wood burner for the winter. It has a fitted kitchen with washing machine & large fridge freezer. It has 1 large balcony and a large roof terrrace for sun bathing. It has spectacular views looking over the valley towards Calpe rock.
It has full use of a comunal swimming pool with showers & toilets. Its about 2km from Moraira beech which is a short drive where there are lots of fine restaurants and cafe bars.
El portet is a favourite with small cafe bars and beautiful beeches ideal for young children.
