Holiday Rental Apartment DescriptionA Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor family apartment with air conditioning, above Calahonda with wonderful sea and hillside views, ideal for up to 4 people.The apartment is situated on a small gated, quiet complex with large community swimming pool set in attractive gardens only a few minutes walk from a small local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a five minute drive to the main shopping area as well as a sandy beach. There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge is comfortably furnished and includes TV that receives English programmes, DVD and CD player, and leads onto the large terrace with a patio table, chairs and sun-loungers. . The apartment is situated on a small, quiet, gated complex with large community swimming pool set in attractive gardens only a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a five minute drive to the main shopping area as well as a sandy beach. As the area is quite hilly, it is not suitable for the very elderly, disabled or infirm. A car is recommended, although there is a local road train that runs every half hour during the summer. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. |
