Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionWelcome to Casa do LascoWelcome to Casa do Lasco your Algarvian home from home. Set in an elevated position in between Almancil and the old market town of Loule, this elevated position affords stunning sea views, appreciated not only from the outside pool area, but also from all the main living areas, and bedrooms. AccomadationCasa do Lasco will sleep twelve people in extreme comfort (six bedrooms), ideal for a large group or family gathering, however Casa do lasco is still homely enough for a smaller group or a family that require more space around them. The sleeping accomadation compromisesof 4 double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and two twin bedrooms all with stunning sea views. Two of the double bedrooms and one of the twin bedrooms have full ensuite facilities, and there are a further two bathrooms, making a total of five full bathrooms altogether. All bedrooms have full central heating, ideal for winter rentals.On the upstairs level, there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, there are also three bathrooms. In the large open plan upstairs hallway, there is a full size British pool table, ideal to keep everyone happy, even if the sun isn't shinning!! On the downstairs level,there is a further double ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom, there is also one other full bathroom aswell. Both bedrooms have beautifull sea views. There is also a fully fitted kitchen, with all the usual modern conviences including, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. the utility room is situated outside adjacent to the kitchen, where there is a washing machine and ironing board etc. The main living area consists of a large living and dining area both areas have recently been decorated and refurbished, and can accomadate a large group in comfort. There is also a wood burning fire and full central heating (ideal for winter lets), satelite tv, dvd player and radio, again this area boasts beautiful sea views and patio doors leading onto the outside covered seating and pool area. Outside LivingOn leaving the lounge, you enter the outside covered seating and dining area, where there is ample room to dine and relax in the shade, even if its raining, as you can see Casa do lasco is a truly adaptable home from home, From this covered area you walk straight out to the pool and patio area, here you can swin in the salt water swimming pool, or unwind on one of the luxury sun beds, or sit on one of the hard wood adirondack chairs, one of the most comfortable outdoor chairs that you can sit on. When you have had enough of swimming and relaxing, you can use the purpose built barbecue, this is situated close to the kitchen for convenience, so that everything is close at hand. Also in the barbecue area there is a large stone dining table and chairs, where you can dine in the sun. This will accomadate a large group in comfort. Casa do Lasco offers full maid service four mornings a week, and supplies all bed linen and towels, these are changed weekly by the maid. As well as a wood burning fireplace in the lounge the villa comes with full central heating making it ideal for winter rentals. The villa although private is not isolated, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Villamoura are all within an easy ten minute drive, with all beach, golf and other sporting facilities to choose from, there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants in this vicinity.
