Holiday Rental Villa DescriptionOur villa provides luxury accommodation at affordable prices for up to 6 guests. Casa Mariposa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with separate well-equipped kitchen. It has a very spacious terrace with 6 seater hot tub, loungers, BBQ, table and chairs, off street parking and is near the Montecastillo Centre in Caleta de Fuste.Visitors have free use of the pool and bar facilities at a neighbouring holiday complex. The villa has two king sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a comfortable twin bedded room, all with ceiling fans. We have also provided clock radios, a safe and hairdryer and some blankets just in case! Linen and towels are changed weekly or more frequently for a small charge. The spacious lounge/dining area has a large bay window overlooking the front garden from where you have uninterrupted views all the way to the sea. The comfortable sofas allow guests to enjoy the satellite TV, DVD player (with a selection of films) and mini hi-fi if they feel like relaxing out of the sun for a while. There is also an oscillating fan for your comfort. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a family sized fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 are provided. The kitchen has patio doors leading to the terrace area. When you arrive you will find a generous welcome pack waiting for you so that you can have a refreshing drink or a snack whatever the time. A large dining table is situated in the lounge and a patio table, chairs and sunloungers have also been supplied on the terrace. All table, bed linen and towels are included. These are changed weekly - or more frequently for a small charge. Please note - beach towels are not provided. We have left books and board games in the villa so that you will have plenty to keep you amused if you decide to have a day 'at home'! The bathroom has a four piece suite with over-bath shower, while the shower room also has a WC and wash hand basin. All prices are for the whole villa for up to 4 people and include free transport from the airport. Return transport can be arranged for a small charge. Extra guests are charged at £30 per person per week. Guest comments: With the comfort of home - only hotter! Everything required for a perfect holiday. Our holiday has proved to be an excellent choice - especially with two teenagers and a 4 year old. We will definitely come again. It's got to be our best stay in Fuerteventura.
