Holiday Rental Apartment Description

Situated in one of the famous urbanization in the New Golden Mile called Costalita, combination of 6 phases all gated development with maximum security and tranquility, CCTV camera all over on perimeter fencing and 24-hour roving security. Neighboring various luxury hotels and surrounded by fine bars/restaurants, big markets, and recreational facilities which are all walking distance. Access to public transport is just literally 300 meters exercise walk.

The apartment is a large ground floor with own garden direct access to the pool and the beach, about 25 meters.

Bosch kitchen semi-brand new, air-conditioning (hot/cold) and community satellite tv with english programs i.e. CNN news, etc. 10-minute drive to Puerto Banus, 5 minute to San Pedro and Estepona center. Very clean and quiet environment wherein you can relax and enjoy your holiday!
