A 5 minute stroll down the road takes you to the sea and a 10 minute car ride will take you into the mountains. Your choice of beaches are extensive, from rugged, secluded coves where you might find yourselves alone, to chic and sophisticated where your every need is catered for - all within a 10 minute drive.
There are many restaurants, one on the sea front 5 minutes walk from the house. The main attraction of this north coast is the harbour town of Kyrenia which is just 20 minutes by car. This picture perfect little town has a magnificent castle, mountain back drop, beautiful harbour filled with old wooden boats from past times and chic pavement restaurants and bars, all candle lit. The place is an absolute treat not to be missed by day or night. Further to the east are deserted beaches, many of which are home to nesting sea turtles.
