Holiday Rental Townhouse DescriptionThis executive townhome is perfectly situated to take advantage of the best that Central Florida has to offer. It is just off the US Highway 192 on Old Vineland Road between markers 14 and 15 allowing easy access to the Orlando attractions via SR 535 and I-4.It is close to Walmart and many other shops and restaurants. It is only a short drive from both Florida coasts, minutes from the Disney attractions and surrounded by world class golf courses and other recreational amenities. The gated community of Coral Cay affords safety and peace of mind and puts you in the middle of the excitement. The house is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. The living area floor is ceramic tiled and all bedrooms have cherry wood floors to keep you cool whatever time of year you choose to visit. The 4 large bedrooms will comfortably sleep 8 people and all have digital alarm clocks and LCD TV's. Each of the 3 bathrooms has a toilet, bathtub and shower, large mirror and a hairdryer. This home boasts very comfortable beds and the quality linens and towels supplied will fulfill all your needs and make you feel at home. The large open plan family room/kitchen/dining area makes catering in this home more enjoyable. The fully equiped kitchen has everything you need including Fridge/Freezer with ice and water dispenser, Dishwasher, Large Oven, Hob, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Blender, Electric Can Opener, Waste Disposal and an Electric Kettle for those endless pots of tea!! A Laundry closet is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and an ironing board. The large wall mounted 40 inch LCD HD TV, with Digital cable and a multi-Region DVD player, with a selection of DVD's will easily entertain both large and small families. The BBC America cable channel will make guests from the U.K. feel right at home. The upstairs master-suite has a luxury 6ft King Size sleigh bed, en-suite bathroom, large walk-in closet, 32 inch wall mounted LCD TV, multi-Region DVD player and cordless phone. A perfect retreat at the end of your day. The upstairs twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. Both have two single beds and a wall mounted LCD TV. The ground floor bedroom boasts a 5ft Queen Size bed and a wall mounted LCD TV. This bedroom and the bathroom next to it is ideal for disabled guests or perfect for the Grandparents or the family friends wanting their own retreat. At the end of your day at Disney, shopping, golfing or sunbathing, sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquility of the spectacular views across the lake from the private outside Lanai/patio. This really is the perfect Disney retreat. Bring your laptop, notebook or i-pad and enjoy Free wireless internet. Phone calls are free both within the U.S.A. and international to the U.K. The Coral Cay clubhouse is just a short walk away. Its lounge is perfect for meeting friends, a quick game of pool or cooling off when the Florida sun gets too much!! The clubhouse also features it's very own movie theatre with a selection of DVD's or take one of your own along. All this will keep the kids entertained, while you soak up the Florida sun outside on the sunbathing terraces by the large community swimming pool or relax in the heated spa. A covered pavillion provides shade when you need to cool off from the Florida sun and there is a seperate children's pool and various outdoor play areas to keep the small kids entertained. The beach volleyball court, soccer/grassed play area and fitness trail with 6 workout stations throughout the landscaped perimeter will keep the competitive adults busy!! Booking deposit is 30%, we regret that we can not guarantee to secure any dates until a deposit & booking form is received, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
