On the number 10 bus route to the city it is located inside electric gates with designated parking for one car and lift access to the apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed in each bedroom ( one ensuite) . Main bathroom has sower over bath. The living are has polished porceline tiling , dinging for 4 , recling leather couches, 32" Tv with satellite reception. Fully euipped kitchen with washing machine , dryer , dishwasher, fridge freezer , microwave
The balcony overlooks a landscaped water featured courtyard . It catches the morning sunshine & you can watch the maringe traffic entering & leaving the harbour.
